If you are creating a new NordLEI account and your password is not accepted, make sure it meets the security requirements:
At least 8 characters
At least one capital letter
At least one number
If you already have an account but do not remember the password, you can request a new one on the Forgotten password page.

Try typing the password slowly to avoid missed characters.
Check if your browser is autofilling an old password.
