If you cannot log in to your NordLEI account, the issue is usually one of the following:
1. Your account is not confirmed
When you register a new account, a verification email is sent to you. You must click the link in that email to activate your account.
If you do not see the message, check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot find it, contact support@nordlei.org.
2. You are using the wrong password
If your password is not accepted, you can request a new one on the Forgotten password page.
A reset link will be sent to your email address.
If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
3. You may have multiple accounts
If you have used different email addresses in the past, make sure you are signing in with the correct one.
If you are unsure which email is linked to your account, contact support@nordlei.org and we can help locate it.
4. Your organisation’s firewall or email filtering is blocking messages
Some corporate systems block automated emails or external verification links.
If possible, try again using a personal device or network, or ask your IT department to allow messages from @nordlei.org.
5. The email address may be a secondary contact email
NordLEI accounts can have both a primary account email and secondary contact emails.
Only the primary account email can be used to log in. Secondary contact emails may receive messages related to the account, but they do not have login access.
If the email address is only listed as a secondary contact, try logging in with the primary account email instead. If you are unsure which email address is the primary one, contact support@nordlei.org and we can help locate the account.
