When completing your application, you can choose a 1 year, 3 year, or 5 year registration or renewal period at checkout.
Multi year options allow you to keep your LEI active for a longer period without renewing every year. This reduces administration and helps ensure the LEI does not lapse.
How multi year renewals work
Your LEI is still renewed once per year in the Global LEI System.
NordLEI handles the annual renewal on your behalf during the selected multi year period.
You do not need to take any action during these yearly renewals unless updated documentation is required.
You will receive a confirmation email each time the renewal has been completed.
