Bank transfers are not always matched to your order immediately. If the payment has already been withdrawn from your account but your order still shows as unpaid in the NordLEI portal, the payment may still be processing or may not yet have been matched to the correct order.
Please send us the following information so we can check the payment manually:
- Payment confirmation or bank receipt
- Company name
- Order number, if available
- LEI number, if available
- Date and amount of the payment

If your LEI expires soon, please mention the expiry date in your message so our support team can prioritize the case.
