If you have received a new payment card, or if your previous card no longer works, you can update your card details through your NordLEI user account.
- Log in to your NordLEI account: https://www.nordlei.org/login
- Go to Your LEIs.
- Select LEI Subscriptions.
- Update your payment card details.
If your card payment fails, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
• The card is not enabled for online purchases
• The card number or details were entered incorrectly
• The card has expired
• The payment page needs to be refreshed
• The card issuer has declined the payment
If the issue continues, please contact your card issuer for more information.
If your LEI subscription has been cancelled because a payment could not be completed, you can create a new subscription or renew your LEI through your NordLEI account.
To renew your LEI:
- Log in to your NordLEI account: https://www.nordlei.org/login
- Go to Renew.
- Select Renew from the drop-down list.
- Confirm the entity details.
- Continue to checkout and select your payment method.
If you pay by card, the renewal process starts immediately. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation with the payment details.
Your LEI renewal will begin once we have received your payment. You will receive an email when the LEI has been renewed.
