Step 1: Log in or create your NordLEI account
Start by creating a NordLEI user account or log in to your existing account.
Step 2: Go to the Transfer section
Once logged in, select the Transfer tab in the top menu.
Step 3: Submit the transfer request
Fill in the transfer form with the required details and submit your request.
A transfer means moving an LEI from another LOU or service provider to NordLEI so that we can manage the LEI going forward, or changing the administration access between two users.
Step 4: Review and confirmation
Our team will review your request. If we need additional information, we will contact you directly.
You will receive a confirmation once the transfer has been completed.

Quick checks
Make sure you use the correct LEI number when submitting the form.
Ensure that the legal entity information matches the currently published LEI data.
If the LEI is in a merged or retired status, the transfer may require additional documentation.
If the form will not submit, try another browser or refresh the page.
Once transfer is completed, it is time to renew
